Conference Schedule
For your convenience, an updated conference schedule showing event locations is available for download as a PDF file. The schedule will also be included in the program book.

The conference officially begins at 7:30 p.m. on Friday July 11, with John Philip Newell’s first of four conference sessions. He will continue on Saturday, July 12, with three sessions spread out through the day. Six pre-conference workshops are scheduled for Friday, July 11, from 9:30 – 11:30 a.m. or 1:30 – 3:30 p.m. Each workshop is described under the “Workshops” tab in the top navigation. Free-time breaks in the Saturday schedule allow participants to meditate, rest, explore Castine or participate in activities that can deepen their conference experience. There is no fee for any of these activities. They include early morning guided meditation, an opportunity to walk a labyrinth, participate in an Ayushri Yoga session, take a guided nature or history walk (or walk on your own), or learn to chant Celtic chants and music as a group. Learn more here.

The “Register” tab at the top navigation will take you to our secure registration site. Registering online allows you to pay with a credit card. We encourage you to use our safe online registration because it locks in your registration immediately. You may also register online and pay by check by downloading a registration form in PDF format to fill out and mail in with payment. You will receive an automatic e-mail confirmation of your registration but your status will be considered “pending” until your payment is received. Once received, a conference coordinator will enter your registration information, which will be tracked via your e-mail address, and send you an e-mail confirmation. Please keep in mind that if you register by mail closer to the conference date, you run the risk that the conference or other events are filled. It’s important to read the tips posted on the Registration page before you begin the registration process. These explain how the system works and what you should know BEFORE you register.

Conference Packets
Conference materials as well as workshop, conference and concert tickets, will be placed in a program packet created for you based on your registration information. Meal vouchers and lodging confirmations will also be included (see Lodging & Meals for more information). These packets will be available at the registration desk beginning at 8:00 a.m. Friday. If you are coming for a workshop on Friday morning, please give yourself enough time to pick up your packet and get to your workshop on time.
