Conference Fees & Registration
The registration and information desk at the conference will be open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., Friday, July 11 and Saturday, July 12. Stop by to pick up registration materials, ask questions or purchase additional tickets to conference events.

A discounted rate is available for students currently enrolled in a full-time academic program. Please indicate your school name on the registration form and be prepared to show your ID when picking up registration materials. The Friday workshops and the Saturday concert are NOT discounted.

Saturday morning meditation and a selection of afternoon activities are free of charge. Refer to the Activities descriptions for more information.
You have until Tuesday, July 1 to request a refund minus a $50 handling fee. After July 1, there are no refunds, but we will take into consideration personal crisis situations. Please contact the Rev. Claudia Smith at 207.374.5200 or by e-mail at email@example.com.
To facilitate the process, determine your conference selections before you register online.
Your registration is tracked via the e-mail address you provide. You may only sign in once using this address.
Because each registration is a separate financial transaction, you cannot add or remove items from an existing registration record.
If you need to change, add or remove conference options from your registration after it is complete, there are two ways to do it:
Cancel your current registration and re-register. Canceling will clear your existing order from the system and allow you to re-register using your original e-mail address. Start over by entering all your information and all options you wish to order. Charges for a canceled registration will be reversed and credited to the credit card account provided. All financial transactions are managed through ProPay, a secure and confidential financial transaction system. Event coordinators do not have access to credit card information. If you need help, contact a conference coordinator at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 207-374-5200. We will work work with you to cancel your current registration and help you re-register with the new information.
- Use a different e-mail address and order ONLY the new items you want to add. This will be a separate transaction and you will be charged for only the new items you order. You will receive a second confirmation notice for the new registration order.
- If you wish to pay by check rather than by credit card, please go through the registration process and select check as the payment option. You will receive a confirmation of your registration but it will be considered “pending” until your payment is received. A blank registration form in PDF format is available for download that can be filled out and submitted with a check. Conference Coordinators will manually enter your registration information, which will be tracked via your e-mail address. You will receive an e-mail confirmation message. Please keep in mind that if you register by mail closer to the conference date, you run the risk that the conference or other events are filled. Download the form here. (Can’t open a PDF?
